~Furious!: I waited a week to have someone come to my new home and turn on the gas and electric. Went to the house to day to find a "sorry we missed you" slip on the door! I was told I did not have to be at the house when they came, I was NOT told to check that the main breaker was off and no one even bothered to call me when they were there!! Customer service can't deviate from their script to help. They don't care about anyone because when your customers have no choice but to use you, why bother? I'm told I have to wait ** days for an opening for them to come back!! I hate them!!!
