~I really have NVC.: I can't believe how rude and disrespectful these people are. I've been calling them almost everyday due to the fact that they lost my documents, which caused a delay in my process. There is not a single person that can provide an explanation, or give you a real answer. They encourage you to use your email to ask any questions. The worst part is that when you actually use your email,and ask a question, their answer is "please allow us ** days to review your inquiry, but you never hear back from them at all! I can't believe how much of a joke NVC is.
