GetHuman-228980: It took ** minutes to get somebody on the phone. When I told him the reason for my call, he told me he's transferring me to a specialist so I can ask my question. He was even rude on the phone. Instead of transferring me as he said, he dropped the line. I continued calling and calling and I kept getting voice mails to call back or go to the website. I called later and waiting again for ** minutes or so. A lady answered the phone and said same. "I will transfer you to a specialist to ask your question". I stayed on the line to be connected to the specialist but she too did same like the first person. She dropped the call and I never got the opportunity to ask the specialist (these customer service were talking about) my question. Soo frustrating.
