~stina: So far I have spent over an hour and a half with those folks on the phone and still no resolution to my problem. All I keep hearing is apologies for keeping me on hold for so long. No decision makers can be located! They are always "still researching the problem." AAHHH Never again.

~stina: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
