~KG: I have been a client since ********* (NEVER late or had issues). I changed my bank account in May on my private loans but it did not connect to my federal loans. I accept responsibility. The Sallie Mae rep was helpful in June. I hung up feeling confident that the situation was resolved. In Oct I received a past due notice for which I called and the auto system said I did not have a payment due until November. I waited for a rep. She was rude & disrespectful but did confirm my auto pay had not gone through. I would rather not have gotten my education than continue to deal with their inconsistency and incompetence.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Navient. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Navient problem?
~KG: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~KG: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Navient's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~KG: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Navient customers?
~KG: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Navient to know who you are.
