~Anonymous: I'm pretty sure they were spam... I gave them my account number and they spent * minutes trying to "open my account" but they said it wasn't working and to give them my social security number. I told them this is my account number, it's printed on my statement, and I've had it for almost * years. Then they told me their system was down and I heard all these young girls giggling in the background. Then the guy wanted me to spell my full name for him and asked for social secruity number again so I hung out. I was able to contact Sallie Mae with the phone number on my statement and they said to NOT use this number...

~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Navient's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.
