GetHuman-tchestn: Navient continues to apply my paymen to the wrong loan , then want to charge me late fees
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-tchestn: I have. * accounts , one for Fed loan another for private - only paying on fed now - other deferred until *****So insread of applying money they receive from me for Fed loan they apply to deferred private loan . *then begin to call and blame me for what they have done .
