~rfunke: I have used Graboid in the past. The advantages to Graboid include the availability of movies and shows that are current as well as very old and the ability to save movies and shows for later watching offline on my iPhone on the plane or other situations when Internet access is not available. **Netflix has the advantage of ease of use which my kids like and suggestions if you are just looking for something to watch* however, whenever I want to find something specific, it's never available.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Netflix. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Netflix problem?
~rfunke: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~rfunke: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netflix's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~rfunke: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Netflix customers?
~rfunke: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Netflix to know who you are.
