~MekanL: I have been on hold on the phone and on the computer for more than ** mins...just need the answer to one question that you all can only answer!!!! this is not good at all!!! and by the comments i've seen I HOPE I CAN UNDERSTAND WHO EVER "FINALLY" ANSWERS THIS CALL!!!!!!! STILL HOLDING AND ITS BEEN **MINS NOW...W..T..F!!!!!! COME ON NOW!

~MekanL: For that I would say three out of five.
