GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~KSingh: After trying to call the ***-***-**** number for * weeks, I finally received a call back today about *:**pm from someone at the number above. The request was not for me, but my husband* I explained why I was calling. My husband is having an issue and we were looking for some guidance, however, he was at work and the representative said she couldn't help because he wasn't there. I understood that and I was not going to argue with that, but why did she sounded like she was yelling at me, like I was her kid. She was very nasty and unprofessional. I am a professional and I work with people everyday* and this is not how I talk to people. My husband and I both are tax payers, and these people should understand that no one is begging for anything, but just what people are rightfully entitled to. I would like something to be done with how this department handles phone call and the amount of time one have to wait to speak with someone. Thank you.
