~doesitmatter?: Hung up after ** mins on hold. Terrible hours, no online chat, malfunctioning phone directories, site server issues. Would prefer an in-person visit to brave the long lines, but I have a normal job which otherwise occupies my time during their inconvenient daily hours. All I wanted was a simple answer to a simple question to avoid having to leave work and deal with a physical visit, but clearly that was too much to ask. A disgrace to the state.
