The agent was Ryan and he was helpful, smart, and charming...he gave me all the info I needed and it wasn't even his department. It was about a rebate under the CAP law ( a crazy complicated messy law) Perfect! I wish the state government was run as well as this tax dept. Ryan for governor!!!
