~grnize09: After waiting for ** minutes for a representative, the information the rep was providing me with was inaccurate (telling me my item had shipped when I hadn't received a shipment notice, tracking number, and ** business days later, they hadn't charged me yet!). The quality of phone conversation was muffled and I could barely understand the representative. It gets better...after an additional ** minutes of trying to get to the bottom of the problem, I WAS DISCONNECTED! For such a large franchise, the customer service today was a disgrace!
