~AllMotoRex: I ordered the wrong part by accident(clutch kit), Spoke to their service tech and explained what happened said i had to pay to ship everything back not just the bad part which made my shipping more expensive. After they receive it they tell me i have to pay for shipping again when they told me it would ship back free. I would of payed and gotten the issue over with but then they started saying i said the clutch was damaged which is not the case and he kept on insisting and calling me a liar, I decided to cancel the order. Now their policy is if you return w*o talking to them first and after ** days they will charge you a restocking fee of **%(its on their site). They still charged me **% restocking fee and said it like they were doing me a favor when they were the ones to tell me to ship the stuff back at my cost.. so i basically lost * weeks and $** for NOTHING! Very bad customer service and the parts where shipped extremely poorly and not to mention it didnt even come from them! I've
