~Suzanne W. Guy: At *:** the mail arrived and on top was a NT envelope offering a voucher plus a few items on sale. At *:** I dialed your number to place a *-item order ****** and ******. First I was told beef Wellington appetizers could not be shipped until May *. I said OK - then he said, " sorry, sold out." Same story with the shoes - first back-ordered until August. I hadn't given him my size! He put me on hold and returned and said "not available." So my $** voucher will not be used. I wasted ** minutes, giving zip code, verifying phone number, updating e-mail - all to no avail. I love NT food items and some clothing, but your customer service left this customer totally frustrated. Suzanne Guy
