~stressed: I called repeatedly trying to get info and forms to file for **** and ****. I was told I needed D*** and Schedule S. I was not sent all the forms I needed. I called back repeatedly, and was sent a d*** with a sticky note attached that said the **** schedule S form was not available. So, I called back again. When you call and ask for forms they want your ssn. The form woman then informed me that it was noted that I had not filed returns for **** and ****. I was not required to file because my income was below the filing requirement amount. She said that I should look for the returns and send them in, and that if I could not find them, to talk to someone in "Level *" and they would "help me to complete the returns." Turns out that I was not required to file for **** and ****, either. I sent them a letter with some info to explain and to help verify that. There is an initiative that the NCDOR is utilizing that I believe is called the IRMF, that has as it's objective, the filing of all u
