~nancy: Still waiting for a credit Told in December that I would have to wait * to * weeks to receive a cheque. Still waiting. Every time i contact them spend at least ** minutes on phone before getting to someone i can talk to. Told they would look into it and come back to me - not happened. So peeved that their service is so poor. Quick to take your money but so slow to return it. Looking on the internet I am not the only one to have this trouble
