~bell: my partner went into one of your shops at the gallaries in washington and told him there was nothing they could do for him so we contacted you by phone within five minutes my problem was solved we needed a puk numberthe girl on the phone was so nice and had patience while i explained my problem within five minutes we were back on line thats what i call service excellent
