I called your billing department about some information I received from Tricare. The short of the information was that your billing department accepted Tricare for one appointment but refused Tricare for the other appointment. I expressed my concerns about me being billed for the scheduled surgery rather than Tricare.** **The short of this discussion* the very point of anger with your staff, is the statements and follow-up actions of the staff member who received my call. SHE stated (very sarcastically): "Maybe you should just cancel your appointment*******" I told her I did not call to cancel my appointment I called to get a letter stating you would accept Tricare for my surgery. Again, even more sarcastically she stated: "we do not have anything like
