Chris, he told be to disconnect for ** minutes and will call back, i couldnt anser call qick enough,i called back and Sherry helped me, best service i ever got from oceanic, she solved all my problems on * tvs in less than *** hour i wish all reps, were like Sherry, then i wouldnt mind calling oceanic cable thank you Sherry
