~frustrated: All I need is a document. This is my *rd attempt. After waiting for ** days they sent the document for the wrong year. Horrible customer service, all they do is put you on hold. They never know the answer to any questions. OCWEN gets a * out of ** in my book.

~frustrated: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~frustrated: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ocwen's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~frustrated: For that I would say one out of five.
