~Extremly Frustrated: The peopole who answer this number do not know what they are talking ab out and provide inacurate information. The English is poor* however, it is understandable. The comprhension is a major concern. They can't solve problems because they don't understand what is being told to them. This is the worst service I have ever experienced!
