~nichole: This company is terrible. I have sent them several different documents and they've lost them every single time. I have had to re-send documents * or * times before I can finally talk to someone about it. No apologies, either. No number is direct* you have to listen to a machine talk for about ** minutes before even getting to a human being. Ridiculous. Maybe if they got on the email bandwagon with everyone else these issues wouldn't happen.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Ocwen. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Ocwen problem?
~nichole: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~nichole: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ocwen's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~nichole: For that I would say one out of five.

~nichole: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ocwen to know who you are.
