YOUR CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT HAVE WAIT NO MORE THEN * - ** MINUTES. ** - ** MINUTES IS TOO LONG TO SIT AND WAIT TO SPEAK TO LIVE PERSON. WORK ON ADDRESSING THE RESPONSE TIME.
