~Disgusted: Many hang ups after waiting for such a long time. Finally get connected and they hang up. Almost impossible to reach. Reps do not seem to know what they are doing. Many excuses, new computer system, can't find file, Computer made error. In my case they deducted my **** tax due from my **** refund and to top that off they had the same amount deducted from my Federal refund. However my tax liability was paid with my **** return. Since they couldn't find my file (another stall) I had to fax all my **** tax info to them. I finally received monies due and that was screwed up. They did not send the correct amount. I will be writing to my district rep and the State Treasurer and request this be corrected and proceed with investigating the OTC. It would probably run more efficient if the commission was privatized. So write you area rep and treasurer and maybe we can get some results.
