~2015taxes: this is the *rd time that i call OTC and again it was horrible. the last * times i called and the reps they were rude and they promised would call back as soon as they had the answer but that never happened. Today my experience was worse.. i called them to get info about a reimbursement from a client. tax return was filed last year for **** and reimbursement not received. the reps didn't know what they were doing they were asking for the ssc number then would put me on mute and without saying anything would transfer me to another rep and i would have to repeat myself over and over. after *hr of playing this stupid game finally i got a rep on the line that sounded like he was trying to do something but did not know what he was doing and advised me that he would forward the case to a sup and client should be receiving a call today or the latest monday but i do not trust them. This is very disrespectful with the tax payers. someone should do something about it.
