~NotToday: We switched our business acct from major bank to OnPoint thinking we would receive better quality from local service. WRONG! You can't communicate with anyone on week day eves, nor weekends and when you do, you have to wait ** - ** minutes to speak with someone, only to get put on hold again for another * - ** minutes because they have to talk with their own supervisor. You can NEVER talk with anyone at your local branch, unless you're lucky to have someone's extension (that hasn't quit)

~NotToday: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
