~Vik: Thank you for providing the *. My call was answered pretty quickly & I called on a Sunday morning. I bought * poufs which arrived damaged. OKL offered a solution. OKL is going to contact *rd party vendor & have them ship out replacements. Now I wait *-* days to ensure it actually happens.
