~skiguy: I ordered a pair of boots on a Friday. On Tuesday I called the company because my order said pending. The woman I spoke to said the boots had shipped and that the tracking information had not been uploaded yet. *One week later I still see pending on my order. I call the company and speak to a woman named Bobbie. I ask if my order has shipped. I state that if it hasn't shipped, I'd like to cancel my order. Bobbie states she has to check with the warehouse to see if it shipped and that she would let me know and that she'd call me back in the afternoon. Bobbie never calls me back. I call Friday night and speak to Andrew. He notes that I spoke with Bobbie but doesn't know why she did not call me back. Andrew then informs me they never had the boot to begin with. Andrew says my card will be refunded and he said they really messed up on the order. I asked Andrew if there was any reason why I should do business with the company again to which he had no response. Bottom line - do
