GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Opentip.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~The Bear: They did deliver the ordered item in the ordered size and except for the fact that the ordered item was at least two sizes larger then advetised all would have been well. Their customer service is non existent. Their live chat is a cruel hoax. There customer service has no clue and their email is measured in days as opposed to hours. Their handling of a return of a misrpesenred product of questionable quality is my fault. I will never consider using this site again.
