~ams: I don't know why O magazine had my forwarding address then decided to suddenly change my address to my ex's address, who won't cough up my magazines. Further, it's going to take them * months to change the address! They did give lip service to extending my subscription, although I don't expect that will actually happen nor I will have any recourse when they don't do what they should (again). Fools! I haven't had any problems with my other magazines.

~ams: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~ams: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~ams: For that I would say three out of five.
