GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Oprah Magazine customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Photocrazy: If you wait long enough without inputting any information, they will transfer you to a person. I called to cancel an order that I didn't place. I received an email thanking me for subscribing. I went to the Hearst Magazine website directly, not using the pay button in the email, and sure enough they showed I subscribed on Dec *, which I know I didn't. Not sure how they got the information or how I was subscribed, all they could tell me it was on the internet. I am very carful to make sure no "free" offers etc are checked when I do things online just to keep this from happening. I had no problem with the customer service at the phone number, but I do have a problem being billed for something I didn't subscribe to in the first place.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?

~Photocrazy: For that I would say five out of five.
