~Valerie Murrill: these customer service reps have awful phone skills and are not pleasant at all*I do not have of $** credit with O mag but rather an ADJUSTMENT that either be spent on O MAG CHOICE PAYING $** PER YEAR FOR RENEWAL I HAVE NOT EVEN REC'D AN ISSUE FOR SIX MONTHS
