GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's OptumRx customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-107323: My wife has MS and is in desperate need of her medication. As of April *st united transferred her from Credo to OptumRx. Our co pay went from $** a month to over $**** a month. She has secondary coverage through my work, but they refuse to bill two insurances or even bill us and let us get the insurance to pay. Meanwhile my wife has run out of medication and is in serious danger of losing her ability to walk. They don't have offer any kind of customer service since we can't go anywhere else for her meds. They hide behind policy but refuses to allow us to talk to any policy makers. All of their excuses fall short. The bottom line is they have a despite captive audience and they take advantage. This company and everyone who works for it are animals. Forgive them father for they know not what they do...
