~JD: I can't believe this worked! Just keep on pressing * and don't worry about the message. eventually you will get to a customer service representative. I had a car reservation issue and even though i ended up talking to airline cs, i gave them my record locator and they took care of it. No mention of the wrong dept.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Orbitz. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Orbitz problem?
~JD: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~JD: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Orbitz's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JD: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Orbitz customers?
~JD: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Orbitz to know who you are.
