GetHuman-9081: I have contacted Orbitz on several occasions in effort to change my package. I was placed on hold for over an hour only to call back and have to wait an additional ** minutes and still not have my issue resolved. Furthermore, I work in customer service and this is NOT proper customer service. I was given different information from various employees that is not consistent. I do not appreciate unsatisfactory treatment as a consumer as the customer is always right. I am not sure what policy states that it is satisfactory to give conflicting information as it relates to consumers and their lives. Overall, I am very disappointed and will NEVER reserve another vacation with Orbitz, nor will I ever recommend this company to anyone. **********
