~crisl: I usually book on travelocity. after trying to call orbitz for a last minute change i get repeatedly cut off and then some bogus sales ads.. i put ** minutes but haven't actually gotten ahold of anyone. to add injury to insult, the line tells me i can make changes online - oh, no, that's not true - online tells me to call to make changes (HINT: don't buy a package because apparently the more money you spend with orbitz, the lousier the customer service is). I am one of those people who does and WILL take my business elsewhere because I firmly believe any company that makes it difficult to be a customer, does not deserve my business. These folks ****. Truly horrible.

~crisl: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~crisl: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Orbitz's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~crisl: For that I would say four out of five.

~crisl: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Orbitz to know who you are.
