~mel47: Terrible! My trip itinerary showed that my seats were confirmed, however the airline said I didn't have any seating assignment. My flight is * days away and I don't have the aisle seats I need due to a leg injury. There is nothing they can do and it was basically my responsibility to check with the airlines, even though Orbitz website said everything is confirmed - I'm beginning to wonder if my flight is even confirmed. Will never use their service again except to check out flight times and prices, then will call airline myself.

~mel47: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Orbitz customers?
