~Anonymous: I spoke with two representatives and both were very unpleasant and rude. I could almost hear their eyes rolling over the phone with their attitude. EZ pass continues to take more money from my account than I authorize and no one will fix it or even care to be nice to their customers. I am frustrated that my toll money goes to this company. If I have to pay to drive on poor quality roads then I atleast would expect EZ pass to employ decent human beings and fix the problems they create.
