~Michael: Yeah. It was morning, on November 23rd.

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's PLNDR customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Michael: Been having alot of problems with this site recently. Mostly customer service problems. They used to have a customer service phone number, now you can only really reach them on twitter or email which is inconvenient and a stupid method in all honesty. Also, ive been waiting for an order for about a month now and still havent got a order confirmation email or tracking number. Turn to find out that they still havent even shipped my order. However, you best believe they took my money though. Also im basically paying for a shipping method that they arent staying true to. These arent the first and only problems ive been having with this site. It ***** because ive spent alot of money on this site and recommended it to alot of people. Just to realize that this company truley doesnt care about its customers and so no remorse or compensation for any of the frequent and irritating inconvenience. Its very disappointing, i might not be purchasing from this site in the future.

~Michael: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Michael: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about PLNDR's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Michael: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other PLNDR customers?
~Michael: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PLNDR to know who you are.
