~hippogrin: PPl service is beyond horrible. The way they handle emergency situations is by putting people through automated system telling them that their days without electricity (read: food, water) is extended for another day or two. When hurricane Katrina hit * years ago I was one of the emergency response contacts for customers affected by the hurricane. We actually talked to people and gave them the information they needed to. PPL however choose an easier way to handle the emergency situation.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting PPL Corporation. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a PPL Corporation problem?
~hippogrin: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~hippogrin: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about PPL Corporation's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~hippogrin: For that I would say one out of five.
