~Pissed in Columbus: After switching from a **** minute plan to a **** unlimited, withing ** days, my phone was cut off. I had to wait two days till Monday to have tech support get my phone properly switched to the **** plan. The first person didn't sett things up properly. The day the phone stopped working, that previous Saturday, I called to see what had happened. After waiting on hold approximately ** minutes, an announcement "good bye" was heard and the line went dead. Another time, when I was leaving the country, I called a day ahead of my renewal date and paid for unlimited service. I was not advised that I would only get ** cents a minute service instead of the unlimited plan renewed. The company would not refund or adjust what was due me. There were other problems and I almost quit their poorly supported service.
