~dgg: I would never purchase from this company again. **I purchased a PA ring from them off eBay. The ring was supposed to be a spring-loaded captive bead. What I got was a fixed captive bead that requires special equipment to remove. I went thru the eBay complaint process and they said to send the ring back to them. I did. **They told me I received the product I purchased (I didn't) and that I was wrong. **I said I'd like to receive the other then, and they just blew me off. They didn't give me a refund. They didn't send me the jewelry I wanted. And on top of that, they kept the ring I returned to them.**And on top of that, the whole process took so long that eBay closed my complaint.**So in essence, Painful Pleasure just gave me a headache and ripped off my money.**Don't say I didn't warn you. If you have any problems, these folks are impossible to deal with.
