GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Panasonic customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-48138: Since my camera was out of warranty, they sent it back to me with a form authorizing them to charge my credit card and a label to send the camera back for repairs!!! WHY THE HECK DIDN'T THEY TELL ME THE PROCESS WHEN I FIRST TALKED WITH THEM, SENT ME THE FORM TO INCLUDE WITH THE CAMERA IN THE FIRST PLACE, AND GET ON WITH IT!!! Now I have to start all over again, with a three week delay in the repair process. I talked to customer service and they were totally unapologetic, indicating that this was the process for the convenience of the repair facility!!! (I guarantee nobody thought about the inconvenience to the customer!!!)
