GetHuman-297013: You gotta be patient* the phone operators are just regular people like everyone else at their day jobs while they're dreaming of doing something else with their time. The operator i spoke with didn't have much information about the panasonic item I was calling about. While I waited * minutes for him to search, he told me amazon had some items for me to check out (as he was using google to look for the Panasonic parts I was after).
