~David D. Emery: (* years ago, * fraudulent transactions were made by an employee of PayPal. First was over * months from discovery and the second was within * months and through internal investigation PayPay acknowledged the fraud was by an employee and a check would be in the mail for $***.**. It never came and later management changes their mind and said that this amount must be charged against something using the card * that had been destroyed. Yesterday, I learned that PayPal, after * years, released these funds to the Bureau of Unclaimed Property, Sacramento CA. and it will cost me **% to get my money returned. I have spent my life refusing to use any store or internet website for merchandise because of PayPals management behavior. I suggest that all others do the same. David D. Emery *****@***.com

~David D. Emery: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~David D. Emery: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about PayPal's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~David D. Emery: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other PayPal customers?
~David D. Emery: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PayPal to know who you are.
