~lois denson: Could or would not cancel my transaction even though I had been on hold * hours w*Target, whose phone was messed up. The girl at PayPal said they could cancel the order. She transfered me to a man and he said he couldn't. He tried to call Target and said their phone was messed up, said he would email them to cancel the order. Said he would email me conformation. Not a good experience, and I'm very disappointed! PayPal should be able to handle their own business!!!!

~lois denson: For that I would say one out of five.

~lois denson: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PayPal to know who you are.
