~kimmy2012: Hold on. I placed * calls with them already, and have to place another call cause they do not tell you everything you need to know when you talk to them!!!!!!!!!! Its fucked up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I have been overcharged about $** in my transactions on ebaY!!!!!!! This is getting way messed up cause I have been on this for * hours

~kimmy2012: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about PayPal's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kimmy2012: For that I would say five out of five.

~kimmy2012: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PayPal to know who you are.
