~John C : I cannot believe this businesses allowed to continue with the shocking service they give when things go wrong. Works well in a normal transaction but unfortunately I was a victim of fraud. At least * consultants later I got to a specialist who understood and recorded the fraud. I was promised a refund within * days ... Afterwards another bout of calls * emails to them I didn't win. Eventually had to get my bank to return the direct debit as unpaid - no authority. Today I receive a debt collectors demand to repay PayPal..... * think it is absolutely atrocious that the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing..... So now I start the whole process again...wish me luck cos I sure don't wish them success in business.... It's shocking
