~thefred: They will try to contact USPS to pursue the missing item but they say that since the seller SHIPPED the item ( even though the item was not DELIVERED ) they will not refund my money. Their website says to file a dispute "if the item was not DELIVERED ".

~thefred: For that I would say one out of five.

~thefred: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PayPal to know who you are.
